**Lum Orng** is a farm-to-table restaurant on the quieter edge of Siem Reap, where chef Sothea Seng cooks New Mekong cuisine — contemporary Cambodian food written around the day’s harvest. Herbs, native vegetables and seasonal produce come from the restaurant’s own organic garden and from farms, forests and markets nearby, so the menu changes as the season does. Dinner is served slowly, in a small dining room of warm wood and garden light, as either a seasonal tasting menu or à la carte.

**Pi Sa – Old Market** is the same kitchen’s Phnom Penh dining room, a few steps from the Old Market near Wat Phnom. It takes the energy and everyday flavours of the neighbourhood around it and gives them a modern, careful treatment — the same respect for Cambodian tradition, in a city setting.

Both restaurants take reservations online, by phone and by email. Lum Orng also runs hands-on Cambodian cooking classes in Siem Reap that start in the garden and finish at the table.
