These terms govern the use of lumorng.asia and any reservation, event or service booked with Lum Orng | Farm to Table (“Lum Orng”, “we”, “us”), located at Thlok Ondong Village, Group 23, Slorkram Commune, Siem Reap, Cambodia. By using our website or making a booking, you accept these terms.

1. RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be made through our website, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp, and are confirmed only once we reply to you directly. A request submitted online is not a confirmed booking until we acknowledge it.

Please arrive at your reserved time. We hold tables for 15 minutes, after which the reservation may be released. If your party size changes, tell us in advance so we can prepare accordingly; we cannot guarantee seating for additional guests who arrive unannounced.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend a booking. As a small farm-to-table kitchen, we prepare produce specifically for confirmed guests, and late cancellations and no-shows result in waste we cannot recover. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

3. GROUPS, PRIVATE DINING AND EVENTS

Bookings for large groups, private dining and events are subject to a written confirmation setting out the menu, final guest numbers, deposit and cancellation terms for that event. Those terms take precedence over this section where they differ. Final guest numbers must be confirmed by the date stated in your event confirmation and will form the basis of the final invoice.

4. MENUS AND SEASONALITY

Our menus follow the harvest. Dishes, ingredients and set-menu courses may change without notice according to what our farm and local growers supply on the day. Menu descriptions, photographs and prices published on our website and social media are indicative and may differ from what is served or charged.

5. ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please inform us of allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements when you book, and again on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them. Our kitchen handles nuts, seafood, gluten, dairy, egg and sesame, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of a given allergen.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in United States dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cambodian riel is accepted at the prevailing rate. We accept cash and the card payment methods displayed in the restaurant. Payment is due in full at the end of your meal, or as set out in your event confirmation.

7. CONDUCT AND THE FARM

Children are welcome and must remain supervised at all times, particularly in the garden and farm areas. Access to the farm and grounds is at your own risk; please follow our team’s instructions and stay on marked paths. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave where behaviour disturbs other diners or endangers our staff or property.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests remain responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY

We photograph the restaurant, farm and events for our website and social media. Where you are individually identifiable we will ask your permission before publishing, and we will remove any published image of you on request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. WEBSITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on lumorng.asia, including text, photographs, menus, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Lum Orng and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Our website is provided as it stands; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

11. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your booking or visit is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for failure to provide a booking or service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, power or water failure, illness affecting our team, supply failure, or action by public authorities. Where this occurs we will offer to reschedule or refund amounts paid for the affected booking.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts. We may amend these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the date of your booking applies.
